• Q: Customer packing and printing workable? +

  We accept customer design and packing can stick your design label on the inner package. But for the printing logo at the moment we only can emboss your logo directly on the mold and this will need to open new model for cost.

• Q: What do I need to provide for a custom packaging product? +

  We need your artwork elements and drawing you may want included. Please include instructions if you have a specific idea in mind for your artwork.

• Q: Are custom packaging products compostable? +

  Yes. As with all GREENOLIVE our custom packaging products can be commercially composted where accepted.

• Q: Can you help to design my own custom packaging? +

  Yes! If you would like GREENOLIVE help to design your own custom packaging products please get in touch so that we can supply you with our R&D department.

• Q: Which material do you use for custom packaging products? +

  We used Bagasse pulp and Bamboo pulp materials and water resistant material.

• Q: How long will it take for me to receive my custom printed product? +

  Timing varies based on the product design and quantity ordered. Please contact our Customer Service team who can provide a more detailed timeline.
